Our approach combines critical business strategy thinking with the nuts and bolts of responsibility reporting. We begin by defining what is important to the business shareholders, employees, communities and other stakeholders. The next step is to lay out the key goals and objectives for the business across the complete spectrum of responsibilities –financial, social, environmental, and economic. Deadlines, targets in key outcomes are determined and communicated to stakeholders.
From here, we prioritize the critical factors to be measured and reported. Then we roll up our sleeves and decide the best way to monitor, record and manage the critical data needed to measure performance.
Finally, we collect and analyze the data preparing several reports for internal and external consumption. We then create an overview CSR report, highlighting achievements and noting areas for improvement. We also create several detailed reports focusing on the key areas of interest for specific stakeholders. Internal reports, highlighting achievements and variances, allows management to pinpoint areas of need and take remedial action.
